Terms of service

This site is operated by SIDEREALITY LLC, trading as WorkProof. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SIDEREALITY LLC. By visiting tryworkproof.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizes and photographs. Screens render colours differently, so a slight variation between the photograph and the sock you receive is not a fault.

We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice. The version of these terms in force is the one published on this page on the day you place your order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the product is unavailable, if the price or description was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter at checkout, in particular the shipping address.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and do not include any duties or taxes payable on import, unless stated otherwise on the shipping page. Payment is taken at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, tracking and address changes are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Use of the site

You may not use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to attempt to access parts of the site that are not public.

Intellectual property

The name WorkProof, the logo, and the texts, photographs and videos on this site belong to SIDEREALITY LLC or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written agreement.

Liability

Our products are work socks. They are sold for comfort and durability, not as medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a foot condition, speak to a healthcare professional.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
